Failure to secure the Border is responsible for incalculable costs and misery for ordinary American citizens. Millions of Mexican citizens living in the United States are a nation within a nation. Department of Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano, forwards "confidential" report to all law enforcement agencies in the United States on April 7th. Her report contains an Obama Administration's enemies list. Napolitano instructs law enforcement to keep their eyes open for ordinary law abiding citizens who in the Administrations estimation may become extremists. Of outmost concern to the Administration are veterans. This article analyses the reasons prompting this report and most importantly why it focuses on veterans.

California is broke. The Governor has allowed over-spending to go unimpeded leading to a $50 billion deficit. The governor has sided with Democrat legislator refusing to cut spending rather than increase taxes. There is no consensus on a budget and the state will soon be unable to pay its bills. As if this scenario were not blik enought, the state is following the mistakes of the federal government in encouraging people who are not qualified to secure bank loans. The state of California under a program called Bank of California is embolding illegal aliens, who can be deported at any time, to secure bank accounts and loans. The mysterious part of the Bank on California program is that is might be in violation money laundering and racketeering laws. Why would Governor Schwarzeneeger risk breaking federal law?

California is going over the cliff. We need to put people to work. Instead we have the heaviest business, personal, sales and gasoline taxes in the nation. The state is over-spending, we are over-taxed and over regulated. More business and tax payers have left the state in the last 4 years than have enter the state. Governor Schwarzenegger got elected on a promise of fiscal conservatism, yet under his watch he has allowed Democrat legislators under the grip of government workers unions to run circles around him. He has allowed over-spending to ruin the states. Not satisfied with that he has now launch an insane program in collaboration with bank partners to offer bank accounts and bank loans to illegal aliens that could be deported from the state at any time. Deported illegal aliens will surely default on their bank loans further helping to bankrupt the state. In addition, the program, which accept questionable identifications and which involved illicit earnings, might well be in violation of money laundering and racketeering laws.

Two years and over five million faxes and letters later, President Bush commuted the sentences of Border Patrol agents Ignacio "Nacho" Ramos and Jose Compean. Ramos and Compean's case exposed America's vulnerability to terrorism through our open borders, the corrupting influence on both sides of the Mexican border of $150 billion in drugs and human trafficking and the 6000 trafficking related murders along the border. The Clinton and Bush's open borders policy and the deliberate non-enforcement of immigration laws keeps 22 million illegal aliens and drug traffickers free to roam our streets and at the same time kept two decorated and dedicated Border Patrol agents in solitary confinement for two years for doing their jobs.

America faces a financial crisis because banks, under presure from the Federal government, lent money to millions of people who could not pay back. California has been hard hit. California will go bankrupt in March of 2009 as things are right now. Rather than use caution, California Gov. Schwarzenegger launched a program called Bank on California to enable illegal aliens to secure bank account and bank loans. Illegal aliens can be deported at a moments notice and when they will be millions of them will default on their credit cards and loans. Since their income is illegal, the Governor will in essence be running a money laundering scheme. When a massive number of illegal aliens default on their account, it will have a devastating effect on the already hurting California economy.

In addition, the legalization of 20 million illegal aliens most of who will surely register Democrat will end the Republican Party as it has been known. Thus McCain will be the last Republican President and the father of the one party system, the McCain-Kennedy Party.

Every nation has the right to defend its borders and the obligation to protect the people that it serves. Muslim Albanian insurgents funded by Bin Laden, the same Bin Laden that funded the 911 act of terrorism, defied the sovereignty and authority of Serbia over its Kosovo Province.
