Starting from the illegal war in Iraq and Afghanistan, the image of U.S.A deteriorates as time passes. The bad Washington human rights record in Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib Prisons was another blow of Washington's strategy to police around the world.
In Iraq, the people saluted the U.S. and Britain alliances to install the stolen freedom by Saddam Hussein and his sons, who hijacked the country for almost four decades. They thought the alliance forces will end Saddam's illegal rule and restore the democracy; they thought that they will live in bride and dignity. But they miscalculated as illegality of Saddam brought another misdemeanor to them; they are life finishing bad movie and opening another.
This fading situation in Iraq is result of the cowboy policy; this policy miscalculated the situation and today Iraqis are paying the price. The country is falling in to triangle civil war between Shiite, Sunni and Al-Qaeda. Some Iraqis believe that U.S. and Britain came to steal the oil wealth of Iraq but had no meaning of saving Iraq.
Today, the average Iraqi citizens 'yawm' for Saddam to get security and stability; the Iraqis are loosing the basic human rights; they don´t have schooling, electricity, water and even cannot move freely. At least, Saddam controlled the security and killed those come against his rule. The genocide and group killing by fighting forces in Iraq including U.S. Forces is common. Iraqis live in extreme fear and danger.
CIA published report saying that U.S.A and Britain invaded Iraq on wrong intelligence information. Also, UN Security Council instructed Bush and Tony Blair not to invade Iraq without UN permission but that did not stop the cowboys. UN Security Council considered the evidence presented by Collin Powel very weak to invade Iraq.
After the illegal invasion, hundreds of civilians killed on daily bases at the streets by roadside and car bomb. Others make shift to neighboring country for safety and UNHCR recognized them as refuges. This misfortune is result of illegal war and cowboy policy.

The torturer of Abu Ghraib was sentenced to only three years of maximum security prison. This is the U.S. justice that the tortured and killed prisoners got from US Administration. The U.S. marines who committed such inhuman crime rejoined their families after three years in nice cell.

Also, the released prisoners from Guantanamo Bay unveiled insult and torture against the prisoners. The prisoners said that U.S. Jail guards consistently insults the Holy Book of Muslims "The Koran" in front of the Muslim prisoners.
In same year, 2005, a family of four members was intentionally murdered in cold blood by US Forces. John Abu Zaid of Central Command of US Forces in Iraq confessed the incident and called for investigation but until now no result announced out of that investigation.
Moreover, US Marines killed 24 civilians in Haditha, raped and killed 14-year-old girl and than murdered all members of her family in Mahmoudiya.
Studies showed that more than half of US troops support torturing the prisoners to get information, in addition to every US soldier or marine knows a colleague who killed or injured seriously unarmed civilian. The study added that one-third of US soldiers admit abusing civilians in Iraq. Goerge W. Bush is reprinting the old black pages of human rights abuses in Vietnam, but this time in Iraq.
This illegal war led economical, social and technology fallouts. It is clear that rebuilding will need minimum of 50 years from Iraqis.
Bush should realize that U.S. will not win war in Iraq as long as they adopt the cowboy policy; Bush cannot win the hearts of the people in Iraq as long as killing and displacing is in place.
If US Forces withdraw from Iraq, the landlords including Sunni and Shiite will figure out their own way of living together in peace as did in last centuries. U.S. doesn't understand the cultural prospects of the tribes in the Middle East who are very aggressive when they feel downgraded.

Another example, in Somalia, after 16 years of civil war, the Islamic Courts came to the power by a public support and restored the law in Mogadishu. Even though, U.S. Government under George Bush Sr. failed to restore peace in Somalia in 1993.
Afterwards, U.S. Cowboy Policy expressed displeasure towards Islamic Courts due to their roots in Islam. Washington Administration accused Islamic Courts for having links with Al-Qeada, but in response to such U.S. allegations Islamic Courts asked UN to open investigation on the allegation.

This clearly shows that U.S. War in Islamic world is not after Al-Qeada but to fight like crusaders and destroy the Islamic civilization. Al-Jazeera News Channel aired video clips showing Israeli secret intelligent (Mosad) entering Iraq and Afghanistan with U.S. forces using American passports.
As part of the invasion in Somalia, U.S. Warships and U-130, B52 and F16 dropped bombs on Somalia territories killing thousands of innocent people in one shot. Hundreds of residents of "Dhuusamareeb" city felt sick exactly after U.S. bombs were dropped. Local clinics said the illness is a result of the chemicals with bombs.
Unfortunately, the U.S. Command stationed in neighboring Djibouti described the operation very successful.
This policy of George W. Bush in Washington is the destabilizing factor in the world. The policy will encourage many youth to join Al-Qeada as freedom fighters against barbaric killing and displacing.
The UN should play better role in the world peace and should not turn into substation of U.S. We are all members of UN and we should respect its decisions unlike U.S. Cowboy Policy.
